Licensing Models

MASC^® Speech Processing for Automatic Recognition Technology (SPART^®) from Vianix^® is a critical enabling technology which offers significant value propositions across a broad array of markets and applications.

To provide for the needs of diverse markets and applications, Vianix^® customizes licensing models to match each customer's product and business needs. Licensing models based on usage, users, channel and devices are available and applied to optimize the value of Vianix speech processing technology for each specific application and use. We also provide Software Maintenance Agreements to assure continuing support.

ACM Drivers & SDK

Vianix^® licenses its technology as ACM drivers which can be seamlessly integrated as a "plug and Play" into customer system software, and via a feature rich SDK supported across various platforms. Custom implementations of Vianix’s speech processing technology are also available and may require some non-recurring engineering cost.

Third Party Licensing

Vianix^® also offers its MASC^®/SPART^® as 3rd party software, ported to well known Digital Signal Processors (DSP) from major manufacturers. We support this licensing approach with OEM license models directly with the DSP manufacturer, giving them the right to sublicense our technology along with their DSP product as a system solution to their OEM customers.

Vianix^® also co-markets its MASC voice compression technology with DSP manufacturers, negotiating MASC licenses directly with their OEM customers.

Software

Vianix^® offers MASC^®/SPART^® in software applications that run on Windows and Pocket PC based platforms such as DeskTalk^™ Enterprise Pro and PocketTalk^™ Enterprise Pro respectively. These applications are offered as retail priced unit software packages, with discounts negotiable for large volume orders.
